To all seniors, We shall be having a joint training with Melbourne Uni on Monday 31st of March at 5:30-7:30pm. If possible, it would be great for some volunteers to provide carpooling for those stranded at Monash due to the early start.
Hey everyone, Kanzaki-sensei shall be sending her son to Melbourne for two weeks to train kendo and learn english. She is looking for a host (family) to take him in for the duration of his stay. The period shall be sometime in mid-March for two weeks. It is preferable if the host has little to no Japanese-speaking skills. If you are interested and able, please inform me ASAP!! 🙂

Greetings MBK Member!! You may or may not know that at the end of March Shinoda Sensei will be leaving Australia to go to China. This will be a big loss to both Melbourne Budokai and Victorian Kendo. Hi everyone, Since tomorrow is Australia Day there shall be no Monday training on the 28th of January (due to reduced opening hours of Monash Sport). Therefore training shall resume on the Wednesday 30th of January. See you Wednesday!
