The VKR is pleased to announce that the dates for the 2nd VKR-Nittaidai Seminar have been confirmed. It will be held on the weekend of 23rd-24th February 2019.

Please reserve these dates on your calendar.

Dear AKR members,

The Western Australian Kendo Renmei is proud to host the 44th Australian Kendo Championships in Perth, 2019. We invite you to Perth to attend this important event in the AKR calendar. Please find below information about the championships, seminar & grading for those who would like to make early travel and accommodation arrangements.

Registration information and a full Event Information Pack will be sent to all states in early January. State registrations will be due by 17th February 2019.

FW: Commitment to AKC 2019

Hello everyone,

The Vic Squad have been training hard and the coaches are starting to see the members’ kendo improve. We are well on track to forming the foundation for strong teams for the nationals.

We would like all squad members to reconfirm their commitment to the squad, and enter the competition division that they would like to be selected for. Please tick as many as you would are eligible to, under the AKC rules.

We would also like to extend our invitation to those renmei members who have as yet provided their initial intention to join the squad. If you are confident of your shiai capabilities, can commit to future squad training, and are serious about competing in Perth 2019, please also enter your details and the visions you would like to be selected for.

Dear Victorian Kendo Club members,

Mumeishi Kendo Club invite all Dan Grade people to an advanced Kendo seminar on Sunday 9 December following our Mumeishi 3’s and Women’s Championships.

The instructor will be Tashiro Junichi Sensei, 8th Dan Kyoshi.
