I’ve tried to break down what’s going to happen in regards to getting Monash volunteers to where they need to be at, for each day-
If you need a lift to the venue on Friday night, or the weekend and your name doesn’t appear below, or if the information about you below is incorrect, please leave a comment or call Mony on 0435 087 341! We have plenty of free seats to take you!
FRIDAY NIGHT
Monash University @ 6:20pm.
Jessica to get a lift from Paul from Monash Uni. Head to Kenshikan.
Kenshikan @ 7:10pm.
Ken, Masato to meet at Kenshikan at 7:10pm.
Load van with equipment and head to Victoria Uni, and get there before 8pm.
Attendees should be: Paul, Jessica, Ken, Masato, Eric, Justine, Hoey, Trent, Cyntheia + MBK crew.
Victoria University @ (just before) 8pm.
Sit to meet at VU at 8pm.
Keegan to meet at VU at 9pm.
Attendees should be: Sit, Keegan, Paul, Jessica, Ken, Masato, Eric, Justine, Hoey, Trent, Cyntheia + MBK crew.
SATURDAY & SUNDAY MORNING
Let’s all try to be there at 7:30am – 7:45am.

I don’t know if I missed it whilst reading, but what time should volunteers be at Vic Uni on Saturday/Sunday? If registration starts at eight, I was thinking maybe 7.30? Not sure…
