Dear VKC Volunteers,
VKC is only a couple of weeks away now, and so that you are all up to speed with some of the roles you will be taking, there will a Volunteer Briefing Session on Sunday 15th August, 2010. The session will not go for too long and as well as learning how to score points, tie ribbons, time matches, etc, it will also be a great chance for you to meet other volunteers with whom you will be working with during the VKC weekend! It is expected that ALL (VKC weekend) volunteers attend this briefing session.

This briefing session is very important and is ONLY 1 WEEK AWAY. We expect all the volunteers to be there! If you think you will need a lift to get to Kenshikan for the Volunteer Briefing Session, please see me (Mony) at training and we will organise car pooling.
